I've been advised by a jedi SG of sorts that maintaining a journal is preferable. Although her threats of retribution for non-compliance are the true catalysts for the entry which all of you are not reading right now. Sux to be new.
Life is smooth sailing these days. Perhaps a little too smooth. Moving back to one's hometown certainly has advantages (cheap rent) but there are drawbacks as well (shitty live music, lack of decent jobs, general sense of ennui upon entering zip code, oh yeah and all the cow shit).
This site is, like, totally cool. Too bad this is a sentence that may actually seep from my lips. Alas, the trials and tribulations of a white girl from California. Seriously though, so many things I had not noticed before, glad I'm delving deeper...

I've been here for about 2 years for work, but I've only lived here for a little over 1 (tried to hold out and commute from Stockton, but it was costing me an arm, a leg and 2 + hours a day) Yeah, we probably have already met or stood next to each other in line at Main St. Cafe or something as this is a very, very small world we live in...you never know...
