I've lost around 15 pounds since around the 13th of this month. I'm pretty happy about that. I walk four miles a day with my dogs, do situps and lift weights to get rid of the man-boobs.
Let's hope this works. I'm doing all this to make sure I don't have a heart attack before my son is in school.

Again, congratulations. remember, once you lose a certain amount, you will plateau, then the newly built muscle will kick in and the pounds will fall away.
