I'm having an off day.
I want to go workout, but it's so hard to motivate myself every damn day. Especially doing it for two years now.
I gained just a few pounds back over the holidays. Nothing to be worried about, but it hit me. It was only like 8 pounds max. It just hit me hard today. I don't want to have this belly anymore and I want to fight to get rid of the rest and keep it off. It's so so hard to fight this everyday.
I'm just feeling discouraged. I want it to get easier again.
I want to think positive.
I suppose the only person that can do these things is me. Get cracking K.
