Has someone noticed that this anti-piracy ad has copied a famous song to avoid paying copyrights?

I'm most defiantly a Moss type, only with significantly less hair, and 'Scottish' blue skin.
I think Rescue Me is one of Bell, Book & Candles' own.
According to Wikipedia the only cover they've done is of a Sheryl Crow song, "Destiny".
