revanche

After one last hard night of delirium, I live. My fever finally broke for good this morning and a friend brought me to the doctor where I was given prescriptions for antibiotics and steroids. Yay! More pills! Seriously though, I feel a lot better than I did last night. I've noticed that whenever I get sick, everyone always tells me to bundle up yet, when I do, my condition worsens. On the other hand, when I wear next to nothing and try to keep the blankets off, I seem to recover faster.

Tomorrow, I hope to wake up a new person.
