So all that worrying about not getting a job and not being able to get into the costume industry etc etc,
And then I go and turn down a potential job because I freak out on the phone and my first reaction is FLEE, FLEEEEEEE.
I need to get over this issue I have with phonecalls... If it had been in an email or something I might have been able to work out a way around how far away they're based and things like that. The deadline for the costumes would have been around the 26th.
I'm beating myself up over this a lot. Because I am an idiot.
Upon futher research... I have realised that its actually a production that a friend of mine is currently working on too, but working for very little.
I don't think I could justify the trips down to Chichester enough for being paid 50 for one costume...
I guess I'll sit here and feel stupid about it and then find some way of getting over this issue I have with phonecalls to unknown people. I need like... a list of questions to ask and details I need to make sure i get.
And draw.
I'm drawing more. That's exciting.
And I'm getting in shape. Yoga and Aquafit are making me achey. Achey is good right?
And today I'm just chilling out before I kill myself working at the Grand Prix this weekend.
Silverstone, once again, looks like a giant campsite. And I am working one 13 and a half and two 15 hour days in the paddock diner.
That puts me a little closer to the cost of running away though... I guess that's what I need to keep my sights on.
Plot plot plot.
