if i shut my eyes, i can pretend those aren't your hands touching me. and if i make believe long enough, this room can transform itself into absolute darkness. nothing but tangled red sheets floating around two bodies. if i don't taste the sweat as i feel you, i can make myself think we haven't been here before. and if i accomplish everything, i can say that i am stronger. and when you pull my legs apart, my back arched, me completely free, i can imagine that our bodies don't fit exactly right.
