My first time fishing since I was a kid and actually caught a fish!

About a year ago, I moved to northern Michigan after living in the metro Detroit area my whole life. It’s such a different type of lifestyle here and I’m slowly getting used to things here. Like fishing. I was so happy that I actually did it and my boyfriend captured my joy. He’s been such a great teacher and thinks it’s funny when I tell him I haven’t had these experiences cause I’ve lived in the city.
