Hmmm...I have a decision. I just saw two who I will call Boxhead, for he's not too bright but energetic not that he's anything shaped as a box, and Suit, by the way does wear nice $$$$$ suits, who I know for a fact is a scare-ass real life bad for your whole damn family and is very bright.
Now do I nonchalantly greet these two? Or do I pretend not to notice? Seems I've already picked the hide-in-shadows game. Boxhead poses no threat. Suit, on the other hand, gets into trouble that no cop has ever figured out and he has a way of getting others in nasty situations. Trouble in the Rainy City brewing or am I over worried?
Last time I saw Suit he was on his way to work outside of ?New York?, a restaurant he was to buy, a long ways back. He could get in and out of the worst shit I ever seen unscathed. He worried a lot of people. He in the most likely candidate for socio-pathic poster man (there would be no more child in the poster, he would have eaten it). This is a real person--not a crazy drug punk or gang member. A real make a bomb out of pocket lint and gum wrapper McGuyver-type of never carry a gun but can materialize one seemily out of air kind of person. He's got plans in plans and is not mean, which is weird. Nothing like that Sopranos TV show. (It always get me that many TV shows get awards for portraying a gritty "real" world when their version is a very small slice. There's always more to the world.)
So there is a person who has less guilt than myself. I have known for a while that there would be. I am just a middle-do-oh-so-well in my league. There is those below me and others above. I am no better or worse than any of them.
And there lies my problem: I never followed my course to its end. So I'm here with a jack-of-trades degree, can do a bunch okay but not super well.
Hmmm...I'm thinking of other things that cannot be written.
Later!
