The weather's starting to pick up nicely. I find that I'm walking around quite a bit more.

I was recently moved into a new position at work, rather than the Assistant to Chief & Council, I am the Communications Coordinator. So far, things have been good.

I took at picture when I was visiting my home reserve a while back. It's a piece of art that we're storing at our community hall. The thing deserves to be hanging on a wall somewhere:

It's called "The Fifty Warriors" and it has to do with the story of my tribe, surviving an invasion of another tribe from the Neah Bay area. The fifty warriors were all very young and they were able to take our lands back.
