I took the day off today to attend the Annual General Meeting of my First Nation. I thought it started in the morning, but that was incorrect, it starts this afternoon. It's refreshing to be wearing 'nice' clothes for a change. Working at a U-Vin winery means I'm wearing a lot of jeans, old khakis, and non-emblazoned t-shirts almost all the time.
Other than that, I've started and have almost completed a book by Alain de Botton called The Architecture of Happiness. It's a good introduction to architecture, as written by a philosopher.
I'm planning on renting Hard Candy this weekend, so you'll likely get a review at some point.
For those that care for such things, the new album by The Tragically Hip is out and is pretty good by my standards. Not exactly hipster music, but I still like it.
