Anyway, my days off are Sunday and Monday, so today is my Friday. I'm glad I have these two days off, as I'm more than a bit tired for no good reason.
I hopped down to the liquor store in time to pick up a small bottle of Riesling Auslese to sample at some point. The last Riesling I tried was a Late Harvest variety from Gehringer Brothers, a noted vineyard in the Okanagan Valley.
I'm not entirely certain when I'll try a red wine, I found the ones I sampled a bit too tannic - perhaps with food.
I haven't had much time to read as of late, but I hope to finish No god but God: The Origins, Evolution, and Future of Islam by Reza Aslan at some point tomorrow. I'll let you know what I think then.
