So, the fall weather has hit us finally, mid-October. We've had a great fall up here in Western NY. Gorgeous weather, lots of sun, great weekends. Our little garden pumped out tomatoes and peppers like a machine. Also, some great lettuces, even a dozen stalks of corn came up. Next year it'll be much bigger, probably 16x16, something like that. This year was 6x6, really small, but Leah did a lot of the work and tended the garden and she loved it.
I've been doing a ton of traveling for work over the past couple of weeks. The company I work for doesn't have the tooling to build this specific cable I designed for a customer so I subbed out the work to an electrical panel/cable shop that I'm friendly with. The only problem is it's an hour south of me, so about every other day I've been driving to the office, getting a bunch of materials for the job, then driving down south dropping off the stuff, occasionally helping out, and then taking whatever is done out to the customer, who is a another hour Northeast of the shop. They're my biggest customer by far, so I've been jumping through hoops for them, and in doing so have put hundreds of extra miles on my SUV every week, (not to mention the extra gas involved).
Lots of time in the truck, ...thank God for Sirius radio and Howard Stern.
Also, lots of nights on the couch. I don't mind it so much, I have interwebz company <333...

The new job is okay, I'm still settling in and what not. Its my week of training this week so it still doesn't feel like my "job" yet.
