I'm in a funk and I don't know why. Work is stressful. Who isn't stressed these days? I'm certainly not the only one. My original deal with this company was I bring over a few pieces of valuable business and I work them and I get X amount of money. I did that. They continue to grow and my little piece of business is very profitable. Now the owner of my company wants me to do more. He also cut my pay and my expense account, but he wants more. I'm the youngest guy in my company. Yes, youngest at 44. And I'm probably the youngest in the entire industry in this area, so I have that. And I control the business. I know I'm relatively safe with employment, but I am not getting what I should be getting...
