Inadequate. I am so sick and tired of always feeling inadequate. In every fuckin situation. I wish I could just tell the whole world to go fuck themselves and move on a deserted island with my kids.

The feeling is common for many, if not most, people. It seems to be part of the human condition. You're just as capable as anyone I rather suspect.
