Well work has been rough. All my young employees just want to stand around and look pretty and try to hit on girls. So in the last 2 weeks i have fired about 7 people and i have 3 more in mind.Yesterday i had to pull a double 16 hours so i can try to work with them so i dont get fired. I dont think i will. My deptment is doing very good but could do alot better. But we will see might have to do a hiring beinge but you should see the people that come in the store either wearing a t-shirt 80 times to big or in a basketball jersey. What happen to a nice suit and tie or outfit (for girls) Well got to go need some sleep.
