Not as much was accomplished today as I'd hoped. I think.
I was really hoping to finish a short story today, but I ended up working on an introduction for it instead. Somehow that took most of my time. I shall continue on it tonight, but it is taking it's time in forming itself at this point.
This morning I took my busted up drivers-side-door mirror to a glass shop where I paid them $25 to cut me a new little mirror. They informed me that it would be done in 5 minutes. About a minute later the power went out. I still don't have my mirror.
I also stopped by to talk with my Executive Editor for my project. It went well I think. But I have yet to see for sure.
In the meantime it continued to snow.
'Heathers' is pretty good as a miniseries. Why I do this I cannot tell, but sometimes I watch a movie in pieces. I started watching this one on Thursday and finished today.
And now I have to go back to my story after a flash of inspiration, where a cross falls off of the door of a church, in front of a young girl who reminds me of Chirstina Ricci. This is going to be good!
