It's the word "actually."
I hate when people pepper their language with the word. Like everything else they say is a lie. "Well actually, I really liked the movie. Unlike the times when i just said i enjoyed the movie, i actually enjoyed it....Seriously."

I tend to say "technically" all the time. To the point that I can't stand myself.

Thanks, hon. I actually o the same thing. But to cap it off, I drive to a seedy part of North Hollywood to go to the gym because there are a lot more ugly people and it makes me feel better about myself. (God, I'm a terrible person)
