How old is too old?
Seriously. I love this site, I feel at home on SG, and I lovvve the girls. Of course all us hopefuls want to go pink, but, with many things in life, you cant always get what you want.
Once in a while when I am writing to someone or commenting on a thread, or checking out the other hopefuls, and I notice how much older I am than them. LOL! Its icky. So then I start feeling like maybe I am one of those creepy chicks wearing the hip teenage gear and just look ridiculous, quite sad.
I am more than happy to admit I still play computer games, read trashy books, collect kid robot toys, listen to loud music when possible and love going out and getting hammered with friends. BUT, how do you know when your body and your mind are years apart? Its not just about wanting to go pink, that just triggered the thought, I mean when is a chick past the point of 'young and sexy' and either just 'sexy' or 'sexy for her age' or past sexy?
I still feel surprised when I read about people in the media and realize I am older than them. They seem to be so mature, and have achieved so much, meanwhile Im busy yelling at my guitar hero game and sending immature texts to friends. I really do want to age gracefully, dont we all? So perhaps I should try to be more of a lady, especially if I am passed the age limit or sexy young thang!

I think you're only "that person" if you let what everyone else, rather than just the people that matter to you, say. I Find that I have grown older far more than I have grown up, which is fine withme. That's not to say that I don't take care of my responsibilities just that I don;t think that being older than you once were has to make you old before your time.... That's just my opinion on the matter.
