This weekend I participated in my renaissance re-enactment group. Wow, it was freezing! I don't see how people kept warm before goose-down coats or polar fleece. I guess if you were rich enough you just piled in the layers. Fortunately for me I had the benefit of a heated bathhouse. Most of the time I like to dress in either late 1500's Italian or Scottish attire. But this weekend I tried something new. We went with 16th century Japanese, complete with geta. Unfortunately I am not adpet to walking in them so I only used them for a short time. I've got to do some more research into Japanese history if I am going to persue this persona any further.
here's a pic of my outfit:
and speaking of Japanese history, check out this old 70's tv pilot for Japanese Spiderman. It's about 20 minutes, but so worth it!!!

I miss you...you should find time to be around more often, if you feel so inclined...and don't worry, I missed you BEFORE I saw your new profile pic...it's not JUST about your hotness...
stay safe as ice falls on the rock...
I've been catching up on the last couple of journal entries. I'm glad you enjoyed your trip up here, London is a pretty charming little city. The next time you decide to travel north of the border, you should hit up T.O.! I'd love to meet you and show you around.
Btw, I dig the Japenese garb. Hawt!
