Its logo is the "Hurricanes." I think they did that just to spite those silly tornadoes and other poser natural disasters.

I like to gamble, but only with money that I can lose and not feel bad about. I had to teach myself craps but the good news is it's not so bad once you learn it and it has the best odds in the casino other than poker, which is at least partially a skill game.
How about that. . . Muscle Shoals is near my Grandma's over in Courtland. That's a long drive from Arkansas, but you know, I guess not. . . only a couple of hours from Memphis, which I know because I did a project in south west Tennessee with AquaGlass once,.

I am VERY against the idea of a North American Union. Not that having open trade would be bad thing, but the ideas they are planning on implementing will only harm existing standards. Also, it's basically making us Canadians bend over willingly to get fucked in the ass. Having no borders would declare everything on the continent as the "US's". This would mean all of our lumber and fresh water and oil would be ravaged by the greed of the American economy. Essentially, it is already, but at least with the current system, we are getting some sort of payment for our goods. As well, it would mean that the US military could come here and do whatever they want, whenever they want, and we don't have a say. The basics behind the SPP is to allow the eventual takeover of this continent. I probably wouldn't be so against it if the US citizens had the rights and respect of their government. But you don't. Homeland Security and those types of task forces have robbed American citizens of the right to be human. It doesn't fly with me and I'm hoping it doesn't fly with the rest of the continent. I hope this gets shot down ASAP or we might all be in for some rough times ahead.
I know that a Canadian resistance would definitely come into fruition and can you imagine what kind of war that would be?
I'm rather terrified to be living so close to such a destructive government.

In response to your question about snow: Generally, we just suck it up and drive slowly. When its really terrible outside, like it was a couple days ago, people are advised to not go outside unless they have to and to stay off the roads. They usually put in a tow ban at this time, so if you hit the ditch, you're on your own. Something like that anyway. I don't go out when I'm told its a bad idea. Sometimes the city sort of shuts down, but only when its really bad. The storm that just passed dumped a lot of snow and it got down to -45 C, not including the wind chill. People died from exposure. Pretty cold indeed.
It makes me wonder who settled here and why?
We're crazy.
