damn, i really need some new shoes. the majority of the foam that once lined the inside of my current pair has been lost due to extreme wear, and as result, the hard plastic structure of the shoe is exposed. my achilles tendon has developed a little nodule right where the heal piece rubs, which i cant imagine is good (however, not being a doctor, i wouldnt know).
