I TOLD you this week was huge...
Okay, formalities for the month of March, as this contest ends on the 27th...
Please vote for REMO D. in the "Horror Host" category in this year's Rondo Awards! Copy and paste your ballot (one to a customer) and send it to taraco@aol.com! Vote in as many or as few categories as you like--but please do this for the MANOR...
...especially as I'll finally be breaking character this weekend to say goodbye to two fondly missed friends (and giants) and will reward you with an extra-special movie in the process!
Friday 10PM Pacific
Saturday 5AM and 10PM Pacific

Choose "Programs" and then "Web Stream" for Channel 24
Please see my previous blog entry for the video of the cause I'm promoting...
...and now, a couple of family updates!
I told you about the concert I took my daughter to the other night? Well, rest assured that "Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros" is one of the most infectiously entertaining shows out there... and now that you've seen the YouTube of one of their signature songs? Here's a recording of how it actually went down in Santa Cruz... and yes, that's my daughter singing along in the background!
(Dad was good about staying in the seated section while his daughter lived it up on the main floor, but not even I could keep in my seat while all this was going on!)
And my son (10) had his second basketball playoff game tonight. Well, it's only the truth that his team was essentially annihilated... but he played his best, got one good defiant basket in there during the closing moments of the game... and was such a good sport that he even wants me to take him to Thursday's championship game just to cheer his league on!
Can't tell you how proud I am of him tonight...
Now, in the meantime, we can all be proud of our Hopeful-no-more friend Eevie... that's right--you've just turned her PINK!
Also lurking in the activities of my Hopeful friends are some especially confrontational sets, including...
...a bold new look for the provocative cuntradiction...
...an equally transformative set from the lovely Mere (her name might not be provocative, but wait'll you see what she called the set)...
...a genuinely unexpected shocker which sees Vinnnie back with a vengeance (discretion advised--graphic/gruesome)...

...and a delightfully creepy addendum from NekoKyo... is she lurking in YOUR basement?
And finally, may I set you off with "Offset," the latest from my good SG friend Renna?
As always, much more to come! Please support my cause, please cast your vote, and please visit us at the MANOR!
All the best,
Remo D.
