*cough* *sneeze* *weeze* ARGH, still feeling rough! Not at work today (yaii). Anyway, here is how the weekend played out:

We came 5th in C Division final for dragonboat. Which is good it mean A Long For The Ride has come in 30th overall in the competition (120 teams!). This season was great, but being sick, I'm kind of glad it's over.

I had such a great time at the burlesque show... I love Skin Tight Outta Sight Burlesque Troupe they are so nice and have asked me to perform at their next show. Please see founder e-mail:

Another Cabaret success! We turned people away at the door. (sorry to
those of you who couldn't get in, please come early)We had a terrific
and rowdy audience that MC Emmet Outlaw (you are definately coming
back- Oct.9th) really kept on their toes.All the guests were great,
thanks to Sly Da Fist, Chesty LaRue, Pyrate and Jess"how the hell did
you pull that gum outta your butt?"Dobkin, schoolgirl Mirelle and Leif.
Jenny Rankin you were amazing as always, I'll miss you and hubby on
your hiatus but remember you guys always come first!

STOS itself was in fine form with many back to school flavoured acts
such as old faves High School Confidential and CherryBomb/Hot For
Teacher and some new ones as well- Cherry Pearl and Sexy Mark Brown's
new act was hilarious- nice granny drawers Cherry!
Long-time hated bear Winston Churchill finally got props in my
revamped act "Barely Naked" but he was forced into confinement when
he pawed STOS gals backstage.
