what a terrible day.... i am oversensitive today and there were too many things to be sensitive about.
a stinging insult from my boss... coincidentally, also my future roommate.... i don't think he knew how much it hurt, but that doesn't make it hurt any less.
a big ol' department shakeup that i was excluded from.... and i don't know the meaning of my exclusion. disconcerting? yes.
a missing invite to a repeat poker game.... wtf?
i am being a girl and getting hurt by every stupid minor blow and goddamn i hate being like that.... but some days.... it is just too fucking much.
but one of my old roommates just called and the girls are buying me some drinks tonight, hooray!
maybe life will get better.
i won't slit my wrists yet.
