wow, i do not feel good. i'll spare you the gory details. but i feel like i got hit by a freight train.
so instead of actually going to work, i'll spend the day filling out 7 "leadership surveys" for work. all of the employees who are director level and above are doing a leadership training thing. you would think that being asked to fill out more surveys than anyone else in the company might indicate my unique positioning as an influencer for the the entire company, and that i should be in that director level category, wouldn't you? not so much, apparently.
