Yay I did it! I pierced my nipple on Saturday night! It actually wasn't too bad - the piercer was sneaky and surprised me. Also, once you'd had kids, nothing is ever that bad!
The only problem now is that it's bleeding! After it was done, it stung for about 5 hours and hasn't really hurt since. Today it's been bleeding a bit. I know they leak lymph for a while after (this is my fourth non-ear piercing) but I've never had one bleed before - not even during. Anyone have this happen? I'm not too worried since it doesn't hurt, but maybe I'll give the piercer a shout in the morning.
On the plus side, it looks awesome. I got a barbell since it's supposed to heal better. My husband likes it too (though he's awfully "squirmish" - his word - about needles, so he's having a hard time looking at it without picturing the huge needle skewering me!).
Hubby's getting some ink on Friday from the same artist I go to so he's going to pick up the sketches for my 1/4 sleeve. So excited to see them!
