Ok, so here's my first blog post.
Was that not the most exciting opening line ever? You're hooked, now - I can tell. Well, read on and I'll introduce myself:
My name's Reike. It doesn't mean anything. It's not my real name (my real name is pretty, but quite common). I'm new to SG, and so far am liking it. I don't have any friends yet, but that's ok. I only joined for a month as a tester, though I'm not generally a commitment-phobe. I'm not sure what I'm looking to get out of this site, other than to look at pretty girls with lots of body mods. We'll see. I like girls. I'm married to a man, who I'm crazy about. He knows I'm bisexual. I wouldn't cheat, but I like to explore that side of myself and this seems like a pretty safe avenue for that. Over the years I've narrowed down my tastes in women (and men, for that matter) and tats and piercings are definitely a turn-on. I wonder if this is the only site that caters to those tastes?
Anyway, I'm planning a few more tats of my own. Like I said in my profile I want a big Celtic tree of life with wild roses on my back (my family is from Ireland and Scotland - hence the green eyes and overly rosy cheeks). Would also love a sleeve, or maybe just a half, but I'm a business owner and need to look professional. I've been struggling with that alot - my "split personality" if you will.
On one hand I need to look and act professional because of the line of work I'm in. My customers are mainly older women and couples, and they're often quite conservative. I occasionally serve people in their 30's and they're generally a little more open to individuality. When I first graduated from school I was only 21 and struggled to look older and be taken seriously, but now, 7 years later, I'm trying to embrace my youth and use it to my advantage. Many of my competitors are women in their 40's and 50's and...well...kind of look it. I'm in a creative field, so there's definitely some play, but I don't want to take it too far. If given the choice, I'd look like most of the SGs here - covered in tattoos and piercings. I've got a...I guess it's an asymmetrical "faux-hawk"...and it's well received, but I'd like it to be RED! Or maybe purple. So, you see my dilemma.
Anyway, that's enough rambling. I guess it doesn't matter; since I have no friends, I doubt anyone will read this!
