I'm doing laundry, and packing up for a two week excursion out to sea. yay. Lots of time to read educational books and learn stuff again. I am taking along my laptop cause it is my mechanical notebook and I can't seem to go anywhere without it. I just spoke with my best friend today. He is doing really well... so he says. He is becoming a carpenter, and still not getting married to Heather. (???) He's not going to work up in Alaska this year either. I hope this will be a good year for him. Looks like the High School dream of someday going to Scotland is going to happen next year. Fuck, it's only been 10 years! I can't wait. Hope all goes well till then. His sister, my very first crush and girlfriend (from back in the 7th grade when we were just 12... ha ha) has broken up with her long-time boyfriend.
