This was a looooong week for me...working with chocolate until 4 am, making chocolate eggs for my daughter and for other 3 nephews... Chocolate eggs, chocolate lollypops, bonbons, tiny eggs, the basket itself... But I love doing it, it is so much fun to look at their faces, finding the hidden eggs, the rabbit's footwear impressions all around the floor, the smell of the chocolate, my daughter stealing some pieces of chocolate and willing to help me wrap the eggs... I love to make things on my own
it is so rewarding for me to know that they liked something I made for them, and it is rewarding for them too, to know that I spent time doing it specially for them, and not spending some minutes at the supermarket. Filling their candies with what they like, not getting an industrial box of bonbon that they have to peek only a few of the bonbons, cuz they don't like everything in there. Those I made are simple, chocolate only, of course with some gelly candy and some chocolate muffins, but the rest pure chocolate. I'll see if I can post some pics of what I made, I didn't took the pics yet cuz it was 4 in the morning and the light wasn't good enough, but I'll try to show you my plastic molds for chocolate eggs.
Thank you really much for reading and thank you even more for commenting!!!

Ps.: A really easy recipie with chocolate. Chocolate popcorn!
Pop a cup of popcorn (or just buy some microwave popcorn, but it has to be with no salt, no nothing)
Get a large and high pot and put one cup of chocolate powder (those we use one milk for kids, it has to be the cheap one), one cup of sugar and put on the stove. You must keep your eye on it all the time!!! Let sugar and chocolate melt completely, after doing that, turn off the stove, put the popcorn and mix it really well. After mixing it all, put it in a bowl and let it cool. After it cool the hole thing, you will be able to put your hand, so brake all those huge blocks and eat it!!!
Here is a pic of the final result. Enjoy

Here are the pics of what I made, but this isn't even the half of what I've made
Dove milk chocolate eggs (thanks for the new word, Trouble
). I made 50, here there is only 20

I made the baskets with paperboard, so it will cost less and if you want to throw it away, it can be recycled

Chocolate lollipops. I made 15, but with those 2 molds.

Chocolate rabbits (only 4 of them)

The big egg. Ok not so big, but the gift is for small children...
The eggshell is covered with cocolate cereal balls and only one is covered with peanut

Done! Ok not done yet, I have to make some chocolate cupcakes, but I'll post the pics later, I want to make them tomorrow, so they are going to be more fresh
