So. Firstly I shall explain why I am not at work at 10.00am, when clearly I should be. I do not sleep very well, and last night was no exception. I was a tad cold, and can only assume I buried myself deep under the covers when I was asleep. Cue wakeing up at some point during the night, starting to sit up and WHAM!!! Hitting my head hard on the window ledge. Result? Painful head, interrupted sleep compounded by the fact it took me ages to drift back off = very tired and grumpy ReeRee with a headache. Not happy. Been told to go to Doc's if I start to feel worse, my boss was worried I may have concussion when I rung in sick. Not that I can afford to take time off ill, if i have too many periods of sickness I get put on a managing attendance thing, and I think this may happen now. I hate that crap - if you are ill or not able to work they should not penalise you for it!! I'm not the sort of person who doesn't go into work because I can't be bothered. I may not love my job, but I need the money, so I would'nt skive off and risk getting the sack!
Anyway. Rant over. The fact that I am writing coherrant sentences suggests I am not concussed, however, my head does feel odd...
Next up - I am about to go through my friends list and delete people. This is not because I don't like people, its because a lot of people added me and then never spoke to me - pointless. I have disabled the friend thing too - thus meanig if you want to be a friend you have to actually get in touch and talk to me first. Hurrah!!!
Had a massive row with Andy (the man) the other day, which was not fun. I'm not going to get into it, apart from anything else as he is coming to the SGUK meet next weekend and I don't want anyone mentioning it to him. Suffice to say it wasn't fun, and I'm feeling a bit odd about things right now.
Anyway...I have stolen this from Pinklet:
Mood: Groggy...see above!
Listening to: Seagulls. Think I last listened to Ghosts - Stay the Night?
Reading: 'Blow Fly' - Patricia Cornwell - started reading the seris again recently - I'd forgotten how amazing they are!
Watching: Don't Laugh - The O.C!
Eating: Healthy things. Salads, baked potatos, fruit.
Drinking: Coffee!!!
Thoughts: Should I see a Doc about the old head, or leave it?
Aim for the Day: No aims here...I'm boring!!
Hows all of you?
xx

hello, after many months of absence! it's probably a bit late to say go to the docs about your head, but if you've still got a headache now then go! hope you are feeling better! i got picked uo and spun arounf by an idiot boyfriend at uni, and my head connected with the door frame. that hurt for a few days afterwards.
