I know that I can break this sleeping habit! I know I can!
It's a damn vicious cycle where I can't fall asleep till 5 am or late because I work til 1:30/3am nightly. Mistake #1 sleeps in all day Mistake #2 goes to work at 6 sets up chugs one 12 ounce redbull good to go. Mistake #3 isn't tired by closing time either mentally or physically so stays up to watch (show of choice) turns into three episodes and finally falling asleep.
It goes on and on ZOMBIE MODE! I need to yank myself out of bed before 1pm tomorrow and keep myself busy, no naps or redbull. Maybe just maybe I can try to get my biological clock back on track.
High expectations right? Ugh I'll call it insomnia or whatever but it's just my stupid body not listening to my mind!
