Something really new is my new Line 6 amp. It has a setting that sounds like an old Fender Twin Reverb. I think I am in love with the thing.

They started making a new version of that amp with the tweed finish instead of black. It sings like an opera diva. I tryed it out with an Ibanez hollowbody electric. After that I tried the one I got. The sound on mine was close but not as good. It was about $300 cheaper too.

I am thinking of getting a book to learn some more jazz/blues stuff. Then I will need a new guitar. It would just feel criminal to play jazz and blues on my solid electric. We'll see what happens though. I have 2 guitars now and 3 might be too many.
