ah well if it helps any I am getting really fat from being lazy and that never is a good thing!

yes and no - with the strained thigh muscles I cannot really work out - I have to keep off them and even limit how much I walk around - they were hurting until a few weeks ago so at least the pain is gone. Shit I think if I would have broken my leg it would have healed faster! Usually when I am not working I go to yoga everyday and I get into really good shape. I am bummed out I cannot do that right now!
