Ooop. What I meant was they were probably NOT cardiac in nature at your youthful age. Reflux of stomach contents into the lower and mid-esophagus can be *excrutiating,* and be perceived as chest pain. Seriously, can you describe them? Character (burning, crushing, stabbing,) Location, Onset, Duration, Intensity, Exacerbating factors, Relieving factors? Does the pain radiate? Associated with eating? Just trying to help.
