Crap! OK, I get this call that this guy's buddies can't roust him. I can see in through a window that he's laying in bed, and I can't get his attention. I know he's a druggie, so I know he may have OD'd, but I gotta try to get to him, may not be too late. So I kick in the door, wasn't too bad this time, only took two kicks. Well he was gone. His buddies sneak in behind me and try to make off with his kit, but my backups get there right then and catch them. Anyway, now my knee and lower leg have been hurting for the last week, and don't seem to be getting better. Suprised me, it wasn't a heavy steel door or anything. I don't want to go on light duty, that's awful and boring, but I've got to go get it checked out. Always something to worry over...
