Hey maybe I'll update my journal. The wedding kicked ass, the honeymoon in Jamaica kicked greater amounts of ass, and now I'm settling in to married life. I've quit smoking too, that's also going to kick ass. Eventually.
Well Andy (guitar, vox), Derek (drums) and I are practicing regularly again as a power trio!
So far we have learned three songs: War Pigs and Faeries Wear Boots by Black Sabbath, and Everlong by the Foo Fighters. I am using a pick on that song since it is so syncopated...much easier to play that way.
