This turned out neat.
Edit- Actualy the raised effect I kinda sorta cheated on... I used watercolor and graphite originally for the picture, then I used this cheapo stained glass stuff I have and did the black in that, then I scanned it into photoshop and used some effects to make it look slightly more raised and shiny
