Hey.
Well, today was the second time I accually felt like I was in College. 'Bout fucking time too! First off, I finally got re-hired by EB Games, just at a different location than last year. I'm really happy the place is within walking distance of my dorms. Its gonna be one hectic holiday season, what with the Xbox 360 coming out and all. Better get ready for the masses!
After I finally gave my speech on the flawed blaming for teen violence, I went out with two of my friends out to Groove Records on Market. LOTS of vynal there. Of course I cant play any since i dont have a record player...crapola...
Anyway, after that, we made our way down to Haight and Ashbury, and this time I accually had money. I bought Seether's new album "Karma and Effect" (fucking rocking!!!!), and it was at a human price at Ameoba Records. I love that place. I also finally bought "Chasing Amy". I was torn between that, Mallrats, Dogma, and Daredevil (i had the urge...). After that, it started raining, so we took refuge in a nearby Hookah Bar. It was really pretty. I paid for the apple Hookah, and we all smoked out. Mike and I had Arab coffee which was great, but since didnt eat all day, I remebered too late that coffee on an empty stomache=BAD!!!
. Thankfully, Katie knows everything there is about making stomach and head aches (aka hangovers) go away. I sucked on a few lime slices and I was fine! after we cleared off the rest of the coal, we trekked through the freezing rain to a really kickin' sandwhich shop. Tasted like the food of the gods. Hung out at Mike's for a bit. Chilled. Rocked. Talked. It was great. They then left to go get thier week's supply of herb and took me back to my dorm. It was a damned good day.
I'm looking forward to all the antics that is Suicide Girls. Keep an eye out for my art submissions.
