I had a ton of friends who went to work in rochester in nursing after we graduated from college. they all eventually came back around these areas...don't know why? probably complained they were too cold. lol.
Yeah. the strip club had me in stitches! When you first asked how far rochester was from Falls Creek, I thought you were going to offer a back rub...I was excited! haha!!! What type of table are you thinking of desinging? I have almost all handbuilt items in my home anymore...
Regarding the back rub...Oh sure....likely excuse...next you'll tell me you don't entirely like guys!
Now onto the serious side. I like the idea of the collage on the table. Interesting. Sounds easy enough to build up.maybe go with 3x3 or 4x4 post like legs for sturdy feel...they made "offset" brackets" for fixing the legs onto tables...I have a bunch of coffee tables I made and used the brackets. they are cheap and can be obtained anywhere like Lowes, Home depot, etc. They allow the tables legs to be fixed outwards just a teeny bit for setting the stability. Just a thought.
I have done a great many inventions at my house...i have a swinging bed in my spare bedroom...it hangs fixed to the rafters in the plank ceiling on large hemp ropes. Very very sturdy and seems to be a focal point of anyone that tours my home....everyone love s it...and is amazed at the sturdiness and comfort. I made the frame out of cedar wood sides and large pine base. I should take some pics of that too....so many projects, so little time!
