Just a short update, I'm getting dressed but haven't updated in a while. My evenings will be busy for a little while, I am going to participate in the martial arts demonstration at Asian Moon again this year and need to attend practice meetings for that. This year will be a little different because we will also have my lil' dragons class participating in the demonstration. That will be fun, I hope they don't get stage fright, the oldest kids are about 6 years old. I just put money down to reserve an apartment and filled out the necessary applications so I will now have a nice place to live near campus! Yay! It's a one bedroom apartment with underground heated parking. Oh yeah! No more 45 minutes - 1 hour to school each day.

Something I often think about when it comes to vinyl is the fact that it literally is better quality sound than mp3s and CDs, what with LPs containing the true duplicates of the sound waves and mp3s and CDs only approximating them. And I've wondered, but never found out about, whether it's even possible to store true sound waves on a computer... or if that would require so much space that it would be impossible. Your comment has me thinking about this again...
Dentarthurdent said that for tape to mp3 he just plugged his boombox into the back of the computer, but turned the recording volume way down, so I'll have to try that. If I still have problems I could send the tape to you... but that is a HUGE maybe because once I listen to it again I may be too embarrassed to share
Except for my PS2 and a a Genesis game on my computer, I've always remained true to Nintendo. I'm one of those "brand loyal" people
It's funny all the things people make in their youth that they're so embarrassed about later. Like my 100-page (single-spaced) fantasy story I wrote in middle school. I'd die of shame if THAT got out
