Having a show would be awesome. Great career boost. At the moment I have a piece in the Square Foot Show at the AWOL Gallery on Ossington. It's a small step to actually having an art career but it makes me happy.
As for your issues with Justin, I believe that everyone deserves a second chance, though with something this extreme you do need to be quite careful with your personal safety. But if at some point he does do this again just leave. I know it will hurt but if it happens twice you can't stay. Just leave and never look back. On the up side I do hope that you two will come to a resolution here and that it's al good from here on out.
