i've been horrible with updating and being social lately. i'm starting to regret it a little bit. i'm lonely. as much as i enjoy being a loner i'm starting to realize that i need other people in my life. and the people on SG are so wonderful so i think that i will start to make more of an effort to come on here every day and talk to people and update my journal, as well as go out with people more often.

i dyed my hair today. it's a nice light brown/dark blonde colour with blonde high lights. i also straightened it with lucy's hair straightener. i've never straightened my hair before but i really like the way it looks. i feel so grown up. i have a grown up job, grown up clothes and now i even have grown up hair. oh ya, AND i got contacts this week. now all i need to do is start acting grown up. pffft.....like that is ever going to happen.

my mom and dad came over for dinner yesterday. they were in toronto for the day so they came by and picked me up at work and i made them homemadegluten free pizza. it was soooo good. it had mushrooms, eggplant, green peppers, pepperoni and chicken on it. mmm....it was delicious. it was nice to see my mom and step dad. they have never come over to my house so it was especially nice to get to cook dinner for them. unfortunately justin wasn't home because he was working so he didnt' get to see them. oh well...i'm sure there will be another time soon enough.

speaking of justin, we have had such an amazing sex life lately. the anti-depressants have reduced my sex drive, there is no doubt about that, but when we do have sex it is sooooo much more intense and intimate. very satisfying.

i hope to make it out to karaoke tomorrow night to see all of you sexy beautiful people.
