I interacted with fewer than a half dozen people yesterday, so needless to say nothing interesting happened. If you're wondering how it is that I can go through a 24 hour period and only talk to 4 or 5 people, it's because I work nights. And I have to work most of this weekend.
But on the upside a couple of friends and I are planning a little trip up to Amsterdam next weekend. I'll be asleep in the back seat till we get there, then once I get a drink, I'll be fine.
Of course there is still the issue of the completely insane situation down in New Orleans and surrounding areas. I still can't believe what's happening down there.

I had nightmares all night about what is going on in New Orleans. I have been reading someone's blog (friend of a friend of a friend) who is still there, I had to stop watching the news. It is heartbreaking. This is the link:
