Dell is pissing me off, were having problems with our screen on our laptop. We have an Inspiron 1521, anyway when we turn the computer on at first it looks normal, but when the computer gets done loading it goes very dim. I talked to them before and they sent a new lcd kit, and video card. So after yesterday of going through hours of people not telling us the right shit on how to install it and finally getting it done.. Only to find out its still doing it.
They have no idea whats wrong and they want us to freaking send it in. I'm pretty pissed, i didn't know you could be that stupid and work for dell. Fucking tards. They better be able to fix it.

i feel for you, i dealt with dell for months trying to get a laptop fixed a couple years ago, when you call you get someone who doesnt speak english and it just frustrates you more, i finally got someone to come out and fix it, they put a new hard drive in, the next day i brought it to the used computer store, sold it to them and never ever will deal with dell again
