today i sat in the library at Reed while Rain was in class. eventually i had to use the restroom, as i was carrying my handy Strong Bad water bottle. it was as i was walking through the various rooms, admiring the tall ceilings and dark wood when i came to realize a basic truth: bathrooms at Reed are very difficult to find. i wandered around, up and down the elevator in the library building, and the second time, i walked around the bio/physics hallways aimlessly looking for B122 or whatever it was.
the rain is lovely today. the campus very green. nice library as well. i sat in the blue chairs and read from The Wake.
then the Cup & Saucer.
then home.

And lastly, if you're practicing, what are the best methods you have found to work, if they are working at all? :]
aside from ordering the lucid-mask, what i heard to do is wake up anywhere from an hour to two hours before you Normally wake up, stay awake and engage yourself mentally as much as possible for 30 minutes to an hour, then go back to sleep. Experiments have shown that after you go back to sleep you're much more likely to have vivid dreams, thus more likely to realize you're dreaming, making it lucid.
Hope that helps. Keep Rockin. :]
