What you doing at uni? I'm at King's College doing my teacher training and living in south London.

There's a few really nice knitting shops. There's Loop, iKnit London and other ones. I have a really nice local one in East Dulwich.

i find it rather strange that the uk has this measurement system for whiskey. i haven't had a strong drink since i arrived here...i mean one whiskey and coke in oregon would be the equivalent of a quadruple shot mixer in london. i'm so disappointed. sigh.

lol...yeah, us Brits can't handle our liquour too well. Best shot is to buy a double and hope they don't put too much Coke in it!
