Well, I am playin the bachelor for a week. I put Shelly on a plane with my mom to Texas. Is that odd, that her and my mom get along so well- enough that they would go visit my home town together, without me? Oh well! When I tell people at work, they don't comment, but I seem to get a funny look 
Our date night was awesome! We went to this really nice, new resteraunt and the food was just okay, and our waitress really sucked! It was a$100 bill, so I wasn't thrilled, but we blew it off and didn't let it ruin the evening. She really wanted to see Music & Lyrics so I thought I would give in to the chic flic and we went. Turned out to be a really good movie! I was laughing quite a bit. Hugh Grant's character is hilarious, plus they really poke fun at 80's music and todays pop artists in general. I say it is definately worth seeing in the theatre. After that we just went home, and had AWESOME SEX!! I thought my performance was great, and went to bed feeling quite the stud!
IT probably sounds pretty boring/average as far as date nights go, but we seemed to be really connecting and closer than I think either one of us have felt in awhile. Not really anyones fault, just too damn busy.
I worked alot of overtime at work this week, so I am now off till monday, with the exception of my little bar gig on friday night. Guess I gotta figure out what to do to entertain myself.

i'm glad you guys are connecting more...that gives you a really good feeling im sure. we seem to be in the same boat in that aspect! except my man isnt flying anywhere with my mum!
