I'm so tired... worked my ass off today. I started speed walking around the park the other day. I don't know if it's speed walking... just walking fast all the way around. Plus I'm hitting my weights again. Had to take some of the weights off, though because it's been a long time. I think the dust added about 10lbs. Anyway, my chestular muscles (technical term) are so sore right now. Then all the lifting I do at work didn't help. It's weird how you can be so used to using some muscles and not others. I'm constantly blowing guys...

away at work because I can move so much material. I'm just so used to the job. But then I get on my weights and I can't even do more than ten or so reps off 200lbs. Oh, well. Gimme time. I'm gonna get buff.
BEEFCAKE! BEEFCAKE!!!!
Where's my milk? Flintstone's Vitamins? Check!
Bleh... I'm not fooling anyone. I've done this before. In a month or two I'm gonna be shoving fists full of cake into my mouth and crying.
Anyway, I listen to so many different kinds of music that it's inevitable that occasionally I rediscover a band that I've forgotten about. I did this yesterday with Edguy. I have the album "Rocket Ride." What a great CD. I really need to get more of their stuff. I've heard a good bit online, but I only have the one album to rock in my truck. It sounds awesome... mixed just right. Great songs. So f'ing killer.
This song isn't exactly the greatest on the album; in fact, it had to grow on me. Didn't really care for it at first. But now I love it. It holds the title of the second funnest song on the album. The funnest song is in the second video I'm posting. "Fucking With Fire (Hair Force one)" Come on, how can you NOT love that title? People look at me funny because sometimes I get all into my music while I'm driving. Ever see "Rockstar" with Mark Wahlberg? The scene where he's in the car singing and they pull up on the rednecky lookin' dudes? Yeah. That's me. Well, I guess I'm the rednecky lookin' dude, but I'm also singing and dancing. Sometimes to metal... sometimes to show tunes... whatever. Edguy, Liza Minnelli, Sara Brightman, whatever. I love 'em all.
Anyway, these two songs are probably the most fun on the album. Maybe not the best songs on the album (Rocket Ride, The Matrix, Superheros...) but they do rock out pretty well. Oh, and "Catch of the Century" has a great ending... "HELLICOPTER!!!!"
Okay, I got nothing else for now. I gotta save something for MySpace. Not sure why... just got to be habit.
Hmmm... I just noticed a picture down below this blog window thing... she kinda looks like my cousin. Is it weird that I want to check that out? Hey, it's okay. I'm a southerner.
