I am officially no longer drinking until i get my emotions under control. I'm still taking my last breakup pretty hard and the last 2 times im been out i've ended up getting very agressive with my best friends. I almost smacked my best mate of 15 years last night and the week before i almost threw another good friend through a glass window.
